All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any items that have been opened (taken out of it's original packaging).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Do you need to change/cancel an order that has not yet been processed?

immediately at 714.477.9181. Do NOT e-mail us, we may not get to your
e-mail in time.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If you received a damaged or defective item, e-mail us with the subject heading "DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM". Include your order number and the number of items damaged/defective.
